Do I have to alert the Local Authority to change the name of my house.
The answer depends on whether you want to add the house name to the official register. If your house already has a number and you just want your house to be called a name with your number then you can do this without purchasing our kit and without alerting the local authority. But if you wish to make it official then you must alert the local authority. Purchasing our easy house name change kit is the simplest answer. If for example you are choosing a house name that already exists this will be rejected.
